Dear Customer,

Please read the following instructions carefully – they will assist you step by step to successfully place your order. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call!


1. “How can I find the item I am looking for?”

Enter your keyword and use the “article search” button above the article menu. This will browse our inventory and show the results of your search.


2. “What do I do once I’ve found an item I would like to buy?”

To order an item, click the “add to shopping cart” button. After doing so, you can continue to browse through our pages. The shopping cart holds all the items you have selected until your session is terminated or the purchase is concluded.


3. “How do I place an order?”

Your shopping basket now contains all the items you have previously selected. It is possible to change the quantity for each individual item, or remove an unwanted item altogether. If you are ready to order, click the “proceed to the next step” button.


4. “How do I create an account?”

In case this is your first order with us, please fill in the necessary forms.


5. “I am a returning customer…”

6. “Which methods of payment can I use?”

Mail Order Music currently offers the following methods of payment:

  • COD (cash on delivery)

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard)

  • Debit from your account (returning customers only)

  • Payment in advance

  • Invoice (returning customers only)


7. “How do I select a means of payment and complete my order?”

COD

Select payment via COD. Check the boxes “I have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions” and “I agree to…” You can now conclude your order by using the “place order” button.


Credit Card

Select payment via credit card, and enter the required credit card data truthfully. Use the “proceed to checkout” button. Check the boxes “I have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions” and “I agree to…” You can now conclude your order by using the “place order” button.


Debit from your account

Select payment via debit, and enter the required bank account data truthfully. Use the “proceed to checkout” button. Check the boxes “I have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions” and “I agree to…” You can now conclude your order by using the “place order” button.


Payment in advance

Select payment via advance payment. Check the boxes “I have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions” and “I agree to…” You can now conclude your order by using the “place order” button. If you have chosen payment in advance, please wait for our confirmation of your order before making the payment.


Invoice

Select payment via invoice. Check the boxes “I have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions” and “I agree to…” You can now conclude your order by using the “place order” button


8. “Is there a confirmation of my order?”

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please keep in mind that this confirmation only serves to let you know that we have received your order, it is not a legally binding contractual obligation.
